1. Income Requirements

No history of lease violations, unpaid rent, or damages.
References will be contacted to verify tenant history.
4. Employment Verification
Stable employment for the past 6 months or official offer letter.
Self-employed applicants must provide 2 years of tax returns or recent bank statements.
5. Criminal History
Evaluated case-by-case in compliance with fair housing laws.
Convictions will be considered based on nature, severity, and date.
Sealed, expunged, and arrest-only records will not be considered.
6. Occupancy Standards
